I came in the shelter as a OWNER SUR on 06/29/2016 from NY 10462, owner surrender reason stated was MOVE2PRIVA.

7/1/16 during ear cleaning pus from AS and malodorous d/c noted. Rec add on baytril 136mg PO SID x10days, currently on cephalexin for dermatitis. 06/30/16 15:30 s/o: severe ocular disease: OD bupthalmic, ropey yellow dc with scleral injection, OS also heavy d/c, proptosed 3rd eyelid gland. 06/29/16 14:46 Basic Information Pretty A0871676 is a 9 yo Cockerspaniel that is being surrendered due to personal problems. She was found as a stray 5 years ago and scanned positive for a MC. She has not been to the vet in over a year and the owner stated that she has an enlarged heart, ear and eye infections. Socialization Pretty lived with two adults. Owner stated that Pretty is relaxed, playful and respectful towards everyone she meets. Owner stated Pretty is playful towards dogs and tolerant around cats. She is mostly indoors and activity level is medium. Owner stated Pretty is playful, excitable, affectionate, mellow and friendly. Behavior Owner stated Pretty has never bitten or scratched anyone. Pretty is friendly when owner touch her food bowl, toys, or treats. She likes to take baths but lately has not been bathed. She is matted on her legs. Pretty is friendly when unfamiliar people approach the house or family members. For a New Family to Know: Pretty knows commands such as sit, come, and stay in spanish. She is house trained and goes for walks 3 times a day. Pretty likes to play to balls and ropes. Pretty is on left in a crate of owner going to be away for more than a day. Pretty likes to follow owner around the house or be in her favorite spot. Pretty is well behaved when home alone. Pretty eats wet and dry pedigree. Intake Behavior: Upon intake Pretty had a loose body, wagging her liitle tail and she allowed all handling. She was scanned(+), collared and transferred into a kennel.

Pretty walks calmly on leash. She was calm and relaxed during handling. Pretty was distracted, focused on objects in the room rather than the handler during the tag test. She was not interested in toys. Pretty was surrender to us. According to her previous owner lived with two adults. Owner stated that Pretty is relaxed, playful and respectful towards everyone she meets. Owner stated Pretty is playful towards dogs and tolerant around cats. She is mostly indoors and activity level is medium. Owner stated Pretty is playful, excitable, affectionate, mellow and friendly. Pretty is friendly when owner touch her food bowl, toys, or treats. She is friendly when unfamiliar people approach the house or family members”. Pretty did not show any concern during the behavior assessment. The behavior department feels that she can go to an Average home. Look: 1. Dog’s eyes are averted. Her ears are back, her tail is down, and she has a relaxed body posture. Dog allows head to be held loosely in Assessor’s cupped hands. Sensitivity: 1. Dog stands still and accepts the touch, her eyes are averted, and her tail is in neutral position with relaxed body posture. Tag: 2. Dog is not fearful but unresponsive when touched. Approaches the Assessor when the game ends. Dog is likely crouching, may have long lip or lip lick. Squeeze 1: 1. Dog does not respond at all for three seconds Squeeze 2: 1. Dog does not respond at all for three seconds Toy 1: No interest.
