Medical Summary BA geriatric dog, female (no spay scar or tattoo noticed) scanned negative ears were clean with earclean solution, no earmites noticed, possible infecction in the right ear eyes were cover with yellow discharge, were clean with earclean solution and applied artificial tears. Left eye is cloudy and i could not see an eye in the right side—-possible blind really matted in the face, loosing some hair in the back and the base of the right ear (dry skin) severe dental tartar nails overgrowth, (were cut) fleas tx of activyl, 2 cc pyrantel given shy but easy to handle during the examination x4 ambulant nosf
