09/18/2017 PET PROFILE MEMO
09/18/17 09:32 Zeus is a young adult male medium sized dog. He was found tethered in a park and brought to ACC by police. Police report that he was friendly with his finder and with police. They fed him bread. He rode to ACC in a crate and cried and scratched at the crate. Zeus was tense in the lobby. He remained tense with wide eyes but was tolerant while I put a rope leash on him and removed his collar and chain. He tolerated petting. He approached and sniffed me but did not take treats. He did not react when I exited and re-entered the room. When a new person entered the room, he lunged and growled at them. I walked him out of the room to another new person and handed the leash to him. He was tense and after a few seconds, began growling and lunging at him too. Once they began walking, he walked with him quietly, stiff with a tucked tail. He walked into his kennel on his own.
