DVM Intake Exam; Estimated age: 2y reported by O, consisted w exam ; Microchip noted on Intake? scanned negative on LVT exam. History : O surrender. Subjective: Alert, aggressive. no limping. Observed Behavior – minimal exam performed. P growling, trying to get muzzle off. Objective ; BCS 5/9 ; EENT: Eyes clear, mild exudate, AD — unable to fully evaluate due to P aggression; no nasal or ocular discharge noted; Oral Exam: unable to perform due to behavior, being muzzled.  PLN: No enlargements noted; H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic; ABD: unable to palpate due to P behavior ; U/G: intact male; testicles smooth, symmetrical.  MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat; CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Rectal: visually normal; no digital exam performed.  Assessment; otitis externa ; Prognosis: good. Plan: ok for castration ; clean ears while under anesthesia ; apply osurnia while under anesthesia ; SURGERY:Okay for surgery
