My heart melt when I saw golden and gorgeous Yori, his luminous Mastiff eyes looking intensively at mine …Help, please, help me….they seem to say…He was hunched over himself, making his body look smaller…True, he could weight a little bit more, nothing that a new and caring master could not achieve…Yori is wary in his kennel but tempted with tasty treats, he comes forward, eats them and lets me caress his nose through his door. After a day of treating and talking to him, I decided to take him out. He hesitated a little to take the leash , making a big bruised puppy face…He really was not too sure…., pulled, zigsagged and finally found his balance walking on the street and marking a little his territory. He posed nicely for pictures and even sat on command.. What a magnificent dog! Such a perfect coat ! Young and healthy ! We came back to the yard . I sat on a bench and he settled between my legs. He allowed me to caress him and strong with his aproval , I petted the rest of him…I so love Mastiffs. They might not be for everybody but quite a number of people are very fond of the breed. So, Mastiffs lovers, come to the Manhattan Care Center, meet our star Yori and make him your forever and loyal friend.
