No vomiting, diarrhea, coughing or sneezing Subjective QAR, Female spayed Observed Behavior – QAR Objective T = Not taken P = Not taken R =Not taken BCS 4/9 EENT: Eyes clear, left otitis externa with purulent discharge, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam:NAF PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: NAF, no dischages MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: Not performed. Assessment- otitis externa Medical Behavior Status- Green Medical Status- Otitis externa Asilomar Status- TreatRehab Fast Track- No Plan Ears were cleaned.
