PROFILE
Winter is a stray female American Pit that is white and brown, the dog appears to be 5 months old. Winter was play fun during intake. She jumped up and licked counselor hand and was friendly. Winter allowed being collard, scanned and photographed.
PLAY GROUP
Winter was brought in as a stray so her past behavior around other dogs is unknown.
8/8: When off leash at the Care Center, Winter is hesitant to greet or interact with other dogs. She curls up, lays down and hides behind the handlers. Over time and after meeting a few dogs Winter loosens her body, and offers a few play bounces to them but does not engage in further play.
