DVM Intake Exam; Estimated age: 12 years; Microchip noted on Intake? no; History : stray; Subjective: BAR, hydrated; Observed Behavior – friendly, easily handled for exam and treatments.; Objective ; P =120; R =wnl; BCS:5/9; EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted; Oral Exam: grade 3 periodontal disease; PLN: No enlargements noted; H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic; ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated; U/G: female spayed, no mgts or dc; MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, matted hair coat; CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Assessment:  periodontal disease; matted/dirty haircoat; otherwise in good health; Prognosis: good; Plan:  groom/shavedown; recommend periodontal therapy; continue to monitor at ACC; SURGERY: already altered

BEHAVIOR:
Summary (1):  Wiggles was brought in as a stray so her behavior around other dogs is unknown.

10/30: When off leash at the Care Center, Wiggles greets a group of small male and female dogs with a soft posture before exploring the yard.
