Manhattan Center My name is VINNY. My Animal ID # is A1067807. I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 03/17/2016 from NY 11216, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY. MOST RECENT MEDICAL INFORMATION AND WEIGHT 03/20/16 12:56 S/O: BAR, crusted and ulcerated wound on head, drinking and eating well A: wound on head P: continue baytril and tramadol add clavamox PO BID needs sedated wound treatment (due to age, best if this is done at a private vet hospital) 03/19/16 10:52 Senior dog with ruptured cyst or abscess on the head cleaned with muzzle on the dog – dog bites and does not like , gets exhausted – can not clip the hair around the wound because caking in with hardened d/c dog needs to be rescued from the facility and put under careful and proper anesthesia to clip the wound for ACC shelter we can manage with cleaning the wound daily rec. NH placement adding tramadol but if dog gets to narcotized then cut dose or stop treatment with it 03/18/16 10:33 BAR, eating Deep abscess on head – tries to bite with clip hair but nolvasan did not break up the dried d/c – will need to be clipped when more soften with cleaning Soft mass ventral R neck Inguinal soft mass like a lipoma H/L NSF A: abscess – on treatment, two masses , possible lipomas P: On baytril adding nolvasan adding tramadol low dose , sleepy in cage already Rec.
