VILLA – A1096873

A cute puppy face is smudged against her door. Her eyes are begging…Take me out, take me out…Villa  is promptly leashed and to my surprise, a grown up tiny dog emerges from her kennel, a curtain of mammary glands still gorged with milk lining her belly… Really? No puppies of course in sight… G– only knows where they are…Villa is so pretty and petite. Her eyes shine, she is so delicate looking, too thin though and her coat is patchy by places. Beauty prevails and makes you forget about all the imperfections that will be corrected by a happier and healthier life…in your hands. Villa has good coping skills. Life has not been too clement to her but she knows that her survival depends on us, humans. Anger does not lead anywhere…. A tail wagging non stop, a good girl attitude is her moto… Who would not fall for such a sweet, gentle  and easy going gal… Villa of course loves treats. She does not grab, she even sits for them… She poses for pictures , cocks her head with squeaky sounds. She is such a great model for the photographer.  Villa pulls a little on the leash, does not chase pigeons and is fine  with dogs met or those sticking their nose at our pen…I really like Villa, our precious little gem who so deserves to know life as a beloved pet. Come and meet her at the Manhattan Care Center and make her your forever best friend.

Look: 1. Dog’s eyes are averted, with tail wagging and ears back. She allows head to be held loosely in Assessor’s cupped hands.

PLAYGROUP:

11/17: When introduced off leash to other dogs in the care center, Villa initially ignores attempt at greeting.  She shows brief interest in play when solicited, though quickly becomes overwhelmed and begins to avoid.

Villa allowed all handling during her initial medical examination.
