Medical Summary scan: neg. sex: female, intact est age: 1yr S/O: Dog is BARH BCS 2-3/9 Abdomen appears distended and is guarded on palpation Right lateral abdominal radiograph reveals stomach distended with ingesta with radiopaque areas (suspect dog ingested garbage with chicken bones). Distal small intestines gas filled. Possible obstructive pattern. A: Underweight, possible obstruction of pylorus and/or proximal small intestine P: Keeping dog in medical to monitor for V/D, lethargy, inappetence, etc. PROGNOSIS: Fair-Good Addendum 3:35PM – ACT reports dog is not eating
