Mild skin fold pyoderma noted above snout.; CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of; neurologic abnormalities; Assessment: in apparent good health; Prognosis: good; Plan: cleaned skin fold pyoderma with chlorhexadine solution, applied triple antibiotic ointment afterwards. continue to monitor at ACC; SURGERY: permanent OHE waiver due to age
