Medical Summary 04/01/17 15:16 BAR, initially seemed very scared, hiding in the corner of carrier, was able to remove from carrier with no issues just tail in between legs, able to cut hair in his eyes and do full physical exam, put down on food to make sure could walk because huddled in a ball, spontaneously started to become extremely aggressive, tossing and turning on floor, trying to bite, could not snap out of it Unable to scan, scan not working Clear OU/AU, nndc OP deciduous baby canines, clean teeth PLN wnl H/L reg, no obvious murmur, ssp, lungs clear/eupenic, no coughing or sneezing ABD snp MSK amb x 4, can walk but initially curled open in ball did not want to move Integ matted coat, otherwise wnl BCS 2/9 U/G m/i, smooth & symmetrical testes Neuro alert, spontaneously becomes aggressive, trying to bite, does not seem like guarding behavior A:Abnormal neurologic behavior/random aggression-r/o infectious (distemper vs. rabies vs.other) vs. congenital neuro issues vs. behavioral vs. other P:Watch in medical for 24-48 hours Due to security and saftey of patient decided best to hold off on rabies vaccine Guarded prognosis
