10/26/2016 PET PROFILE MEMO
10/26/16 09:47 Upon intake Ultron was very friendly. He had a loose wiggly body and a wagging tail. He allowed al handling by counselor. As per the client Ultron is very loveable and affectionate. He has been in the home with 2 adults and 1 child. He is very affectionate and loves to climb up on the couch and watch tv with the family. He likes lots of belly rubs and treats. He also loves to run and play in the park. Ultron has lived in the home with a small child and the child that was 2 years old. He allowed her to lay all over him and pull on his ears. He was very protective of her. Id she fell down he would run to try and make sure she was ok. When other children were around he tolerates when they play with him. When it begins to be too much he we will go and hide under the bed. He likes to play with rubber balls. He likes to tug on his rope as well. When strangers approach him he will allow them to touch him after he smells them. When someone unfamiliar knocks on the door he will bark but when the door is opened he calms down after he sniffs the person. He is house broken. He is walked twice a day. He walks easy on the leash and does not do much pulling at all. He has never been walked off leash. He does not seem to be bothered when he sees other dogs outside and he doesn’t seem bothered by cats. He will get excited and try to chase birds when he sees them outside. He eats dry dog food and enjoys bacon treats . He is not bothered when you touch him while he is eating and he is not bothered if you move his food bowl when he eats Ultron struggles a bit when he is getting a bath. He does not like to be in the water too long. He will jump out of the tub and try to run off. He has never had his nails clipped so behavior is unknown when it comes to that. Overall he is said to be a happy pet that gets along great with families

11/01/2016 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: It’s hard to imagine that a dog with a million dollar smile was named after a comic book supervillian. He is so so so cute! Quite a departure from his Marvel namesake, he is a beautiful, yet subtle blue/brown brindle, with little piglet ears, white socks that peep out, and a heart shaped nose that is just begging to be kissed! And his former owner confirms that he is super lovable. He’s lived with a 2 year old child, and would let her lay all over him, and if other kids became too much for him, he’d go and hide under the bed. He loves to climb up onto the couch to watch tv with the family, doesn’t seemed bothered by cats or dogs (but will chase birds!), and is a bit of an escape artist when it comes to baths. With me he was calm, yet sociable, and just loved to play with a squeaky toy I gave him. Ultron is definitely more friend than foe. Ask to meet him today!
