Exam Type BEHAVIOR
KNOWN HISTORY: N/A Unaltered, Stray SAFER ASSESSMENT: 11/26/16 Summary: Turnip became very stiff displaying whale eyes upon entering the assessment room, she lip licks and her tail tucked towards the assessor. Turnip is not a suitable candidate for an assessment at this time and may benefit best from placement with a New Hope rescue partner. ENERGY LEVEL: RECOMMENDATIONS: New Hope Only _X_No children (under 13) _X_Place with a New Hope partner (Turnip would benefit best from placement with a New Hope rescue group who can further assess this behavior in a stable environment.) Potential challenges: _X_Fearful/potential for defensive aggression (Turnip has displayed fearful/defensive behavior during her stay at our care centers, tolerating very minimal handling. It is recommended that Turnip be allowed a proper time to decompress to aid in acclimating to a new environment.
