Cautious (blind) but at front of cage, allows all handling P = 88 R = WNL BCS 5/9 EENT: Hyphema OS, possible hypop, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Mild denatl tartar/gingivitis PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: No murmurs, bradycardic, sinus arrhythmia, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Female MSI: Ambulatory x 4, grade 3/4 MPL LH, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, alopecia at ventral abdomen with large number of comedones of various sizes CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Geriatric, blind, ocular abnormalities, luxated patella, comedones Plan: Rec CBC/Chem/T4, scheduled for tomorrow. Prognosis: Fair/Open depending on diagnostic results SURGERY: Permanent waiver due to age
