Hello, my name is Trigger. My animal id is #7938. I am a male brown dog at the Brooklyn Animal Care Center. The shelter thinks i am about 6 years 2 weeks old.

My medical notes are…

Weight: 74.8 lbs

DTM Check – no growth noted on either side of petri dish.

Lots of growth on both side of petri dish.

Details on my behavior are…

Date of intake: 1-Oct-2017 Spay/Neuter status: No Means of surrender (length of time in previous home): Stray Previously lived with: Adult, has spent time with children, and dogs. Behavior toward strangers: Friendly Behavior toward children: Relaxed, exuberant during play Behavior toward dogs: Relaxed Behavior toward cats: Unknown Housetrained: Yes Energy level/descriptors: Trigger is described as Friendly , playful, with a high activity level. Date of assessment: 11-Oct-2017 Look: 1. Dog’s eyes are averted, with tail wagging and ears back. Allows head to be held loosely in Assessor’s cupped hands. Sensitivity: 1. Dog stands still and accepts the touch, eyes are averted, and tail is in neutral position with a relaxed body posture. Dog’s mouth is likely closed for at least a portion of the assessment item. Tag: 1. Dog follows at the end of the leash, body soft. Paw squeeze 1: 1. Dog gently pulls back his/her paw. Paw squeeze 2: 1. Dog gently pulls back his/her paw. Toy: 1. No interest. Summary: During the assessment, Trigger was social, soft body posture tail wagging, and receptive to petting. He allowed all handling.
