10 yr. spayed black/tan, OS, 83 pounds:

DVM Intake Exam; Estimated age: ~10yrs; Microchip noted on Intake? no; History : Owner surrender; Subjective: BARH; Observed Behavior – Active, attention seeking, allowed all handling, calm throughout exam and vaccines; Objective ; P = WNL R = WNL BCS 5/9; EENT: Early nuclear sclerosis, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted; Oral Exam: Mild dental staining, pigmented mm; PLN: No enlargements noted; H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic; ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Male; MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat; CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Assessment: Geriatric, healthy; Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC; Prognosis: Good; SURGERY:  Permanent waiver due to age

How is this dog around strangers?Around strangers Treble is friendly and Gentle.
How is this dog around children?Treble has lived in a home with children and is relaxed and aloof.
How is this dog around other dogs?Around other dogs Treble is respectful and is gentle.
How is this dog around cats?He has never been around cats .
Resource guarding:Treble isn’t bothered when someone touches his food bowl while he is eating or touches his toys. When an unfamiliar person comes into the home he isn’t bothered and approaches them for soft.
Bite history:Treble has no bite history.
Housetrained:YesEnergy level/descriptors:medium activity level
Has this dog ever had any medical issues?NoMedical Notesnone
For a New Family to KnowTreble was friendly, confident,and aloof. He follows the family around the home. Treble is feed dry food once a day. He has been house trained and goes on the grass and cement. He is well-behaved when he was left home alone. Treble has never been crate trained and he knows commands sit and down and does not pull on leash.
Behavior Notes:Upon intake Treble was relaxed and friendly. He approached the counselor and was laying his head on their lap. He allowed collaring and photo.
