09/12/16 : s/o: large laceration under left eye–skin is hanging off preorbital area, OD has opaque white cornea and excessive discharge; dog appear blind–bump into walls , unaware of surrounding; uniolateral cryptorchid, SQ; SQ testicle very large; clean teeth–may be younger than 8; heart murmur 4/6

p: recc immediate transfer to facility that can repair periorbital wound and evaluate heart
dog with also need complete ophtho exam and eventual removal of retained testicle with biopsy; fair/guarded prognosis; gave 0.4 buprenorphine (.5mg/ml); and 0.2 meloxicam (5mg/ml); amoxiclav bid 1.8ml (.45mg/ml)
9/12 : Tommy did not eat during the night shift.
