02/24/2016 PET PROFILE MEMO
02/24/16 19:13 Behavior during intake: This dog was a little nervous at first. He backed away when I put my hand out for him to sniff. I gave him a treat and he got more comfortable but was still cautious. He did snatch one treat from my hand. By the end of the intake he was lying between my feet wagging his tail.
02/25/2016 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: Steel your heart so it doesn’t melt into a puddle when you meet this winning pup. He has the most gorgeous little face, and lucky for us (lucky for you?), he loves nothing more than getting into a lap and snuggling up! When he’s down on all fours he is equally delightful, wagging his tail like mad and adoring all people and dogs he meets along the way. Tom has a limp on his front foot that doesn’t seem to bother him a bit, but other than that he has the world going for him. Oh, except for a home. We almost forgot that part. But that’s easily remedied, right? He’s already acting house trained and he needs to help in the dearness department!
