History : reported vomiting daily for 2 weeks Subjective: Observed Behavior – allows exam, nervous Objective P = 80 R = wnl BCS 6/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: severe dental disease PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, , Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: neutered MSI: Ambulatory x 4, diffuse hairloss on trunk legs and face CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: ddz, alopecia–cause fo alopecia could be hormonal or genetic Plan: recc dental. recc bloodwork including t4 and possible cushing’s dz test. If all test normal, it can be concluded this is genetic hair loss. melatonin could be tried Prognosis: good
