Objective P = 120 R = 20 BCS: 5/9 EENT: Clear OU, Scleral injection O.S. secondary to irritation from adeoma on superior lid (lateral canthus)., ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: : mild tartar PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: male castrated MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, small subcutaneous fatty mass noted at point of left shoulder, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: not performed Assessment: scleral injection/eyelid mass as above small fatty mass left shoulder mild dental disease Plan: Tx eye: neopolydex suspension: O.S. bid x 7 days consider surgical removal of eyelid mass consider FNA of subcutaneous mass left shoulder Prognosis: good SURGERY: already altered
