Look: 1. Dog’s eyes are averted. Her ears are back, her tail is down, and she has a relaxed body posture. Dog allows head to be held loosely in Assessor’s cupped hands.
Sensitivity: 1. Dog stands still and accepts the touch, her eyes are averted, and her tail is in neutral position with relaxed body posture, mouth closed

Summary: Toast displayed no concerning behavior during her handling assessment.
PLAYGROUP:
5/29: When introduced off leash to dogs in the care center Toast approaches and greets politely.

Upon intake, Toast was tense but allowed handling.
MEDICAL BEHAVIOR: 5/28/27
During her initial medical exam, Toast initially allowed minimal handling but tolerated with a slow and gentle approach.
ENERGY LEVEL:
We have no history on Toast so we cannot be certain of her behavior in a home environment. In the care center, Toast displays as having low to medium energy.
