R = WNL BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear w/ nuclear sclerosis OU, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted Oral Exam: Oligodontia PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Intact female; 2 small firm 2-3mm diameter mammary masses associated with glands 4+5 on right MSI: Ambulatory x 4, Grade 2 L MPL; skin free of parasites, no masses noted, matted hair coat CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: DNP Assessment: geriatric (suspect approx. 12yr), oligodontia, nuclear sclerosis OU, grade 2 L MPL, 2 small 2-3mm diameter firm mammary masses R side glands 4+5. Prognosis: fair to good Plan: ok for placement. rec aspirate of mammary masses and grooming.
