Medical Summary Scanned negative QARH – gentle, cooperative, appreciates attention, tail wags, allows all. Muzzle needed to complete shave near feet due to discomfort. N~ 5 years Completely matted from nose to tail – Shaved 1.2lbs of hair and reweighed at 11.4lbs. Ears, nose, throat clear Eyes reddened, non-painful. Large mats removed over eyes during shave. Teeth stained, worn, mild to moderate tarter. Coat heavy urine stained. Ears matted to neck, feet completely covered in mats. No flea dirt or parasites found on shave, heavy dandruff and dry skin beneath. *Right front leg appears twisted and foot bent outward. Healed fracture or fractures. No difficulty walking. VC requested. Ambx4 Nails long from quick. Unable to trim more than minimally. NOSF
