Medical Summary scan neg 6-7 yo female chihuahua. Hx: o stated that Taina has kidney disease but did not provide medical records other than vaccine history. S: energetic, sweet, eating very well. O: EENT: moderate dental tartar, clear OU, clear AU. Int: WNL. Lnn: WNL. CV: NMA, s&s pulses, pink moist mm. Resp: clear lungs, eupnic. Abd: SNP, no masses or organomegaly palpable. UG: female. MS: 4x ambulatory, BCS 1/9, severe generalized mm wasting, grade 3/5 patellar luxation. Neuro: BAR, PLRs WNL, menace WNL, no ataxia. A: cachexia, moderate dental dz, medial patellar luxation. P: CBC/Chem to rule out CKD vs other systemic dz
