Medical Behavior: Orange, Age: 3 years, Sex: Female, Weight: 11 lbs
DVM Intake Exam; Estimated age: 3-6 years based on dentition and overall appearance; Microchip noted on Intake? Scanned neg on intake; History : Stray, no health hx available; Subjective: Tense, alert; Observed Behavior – Tense, struggles with restraint; Objective ; BAR-H, MMs pink and moist, BCS 5/9; EENT: AU: Severe erythema, yellow discharge, lichenification. Eyes clear, no nasal or ocular discharge noted; Oral Exam: Difficult to examine due to behavior – appears to have mild-moderate tartar; PLN: No enlargements noted; H/L: NSR, NMA, Lungs clear, eupnic; ABD: Tense, no masses palpated; U/G: Female, developed vulva, no masses or discharge; MSI: Long nails. Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat; CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities; Rectal: Normal externally; Assessment: Otitis externa; Prognosis: Good; Plan: Trimmed nails during exam. Cleaned ears and instilled Osurnia AU – repeat in 1 week. SURGERY: Okay for surgery
