History: stray Subjective: Observed Behavior – friendly, very active
Objective: BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted
Oral Exam: clean adult teeth PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: FI MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, scabs along dorsum, erythema and papules at ventral abdomen
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities. Assessment: dermatitis- R/O flea allergy vs atopy vs food allergy vs other. Prognosis: good Plan: start simplicef 200 mg PO SID x 14 days. start diphenhydramine 50 mg PO BID x 7 days SURGERY: Okay for surgery
