Medical Summary S: brought in as a stray O: QAR OU- clear mild dental calc no murmur, regular rhythm lungs clear and eupneic abdomen- snp FI, prominent mammary glands BCS 2-3/9; ambulatory severe crusting throughout body; swollen erythematous distal limbs with purulent discharge microchip scan: negative A: severe dermatitis- skin scrape negative but still suspect mites emaciated P: gave bath with oatmeal shampoo (no medicated shampoo available) start cephalexin 750 mg PO BID x 4 weeks recheck skin scrape tomorrow
