Nervous, trembling, allows all handling Evidence of Cruelty seen – No Evidence of Trauma seen – No Objective P = WNL R = WNL BCS 4/9 EENT: Early nuclear sclerosis, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Moderate to severe dental tartar, mild gingivitis, missing few incisors PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Male MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Senior pet, dental disease Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC. Rec dental cleaning with placement Prognosis: Good SURGERY: Permanent waiver due to age
