Estimated Age: appx 10y+ Subjective: came into receiving center with a cyst like growth under left orbit, jumped from kennel and ruptured cyst (clotted bloody d/c), attempts to flee at times and will jump from arms; dental disease (tooth root abscess?); older dog Eyes: clear, OS is partially closed due to mass. Ears: slight waxy d/c. Oral Exam: holds lips away from teeth in grimace, can visualize some heavy calculus but cannot assess thoroughly due to behavior. Heart: WNL. Lungs: WNL. Abdomen: WNL. Musculoskeletal: WNL BCS 5/9. Mentation: BARH Preliminary Assessment: older dog, ddz, wound on left cheek Plan: DVM intake, clean wound with novalsan solution
