A volunteer writes: Sprinkles: that little extra something that makes a doughnut special…and also a special little dog with the best ears! This brindled beauty can be very bashful, but she is so, so sweet! She is very responsive to baby talk and treats (she knows “sit”, takes them nicely, and isn’t picky) and seems to get a bit braver every time I see her. She pulls some on the leash, especially if there’s a scary noise to seek shelter from (I think she has Chicken Little whispering in her ear!), but is still very easy to handle and seems to have housetraining. When her nerves aren’t in the way she can be very wiggly, and I suspect she has a playful side, too! She makes soft eye contact when I pet her, has caught very brief bouts of the zoomies, and does adorable head tilts when I offer her squeaky toys. I think she’ll thrive in a home…maybe yours?! Please come see her at Brooklyn ACC and see if you’re a match!
