A volunteer writes: The staff who welcomed Spooky to the care center called him..a regal prince…. That says it all….Spooky is sheer beauty, perfectly made by mother nature and ..his own mommy. His markings are lovely and delicate, his weight perfect, his eyes bright and ready for any type of adventures…. He has been so well cared for.Initially shy and anxious, he gets quickly into a playing mood. Running, playing tag, mouthing slightly, going after the birds  as they fly away and playing a ball game. He will sit for treats(that he does not snatch from my hand) and for a ball. Balls , definitively , are of the highest interest to him. He will run after, jump for and catch them to bring  them back to his caretaker and continue the game. Spooky is not a guarder. He is so fun to be with. We could play together for hours and hours…Cuddly ? Of course he is..A sweet puppy who loves hugs and gives kisses.Spooky, a six month old babe was relinquished into our care as his owner was going though some hardships. He comes with outstanding comments, mainly…..very sociable, affectionate and playful, good with children, strangers and other dogs, house trained and paper trained.  Spooky is a little gem, an adorable, very pleasant  and attractive youngster , bright and playful, who will need of course puppy training  before to become the awesome adult we all expect him to be… Spooky is at the Manhattan Care Center, waiting for his new owner and trainer.
