Medical Summary Microchip: negative Sex: intact male Age: reported 1y9m Mentation: sedated but starting to come around Eyes: sclera are blood shot, WNL otherwise Ears: clean Nose: no d/c Teeth: minimal staining seen on front teeth, did not do full exam due to waking state If abnormal BCS: WNL Skin: WNL Hair Coat: muzzle blood stained (DOHB), some sparse hair along dorsum (appears wet) Declawed: N/A Any injuries: right hip dart wound pulled by ESU, minor laceration to top of skull and some in inguinal area (reportedly crawled under a car once darted and was forcibly removed), reportedly hit with a baseball bat around the torso but no bruising seen yet, could not assess pain due to the dog’s altered mental state–will observe o/n in ward Behavior: sedated but waking Medication: N/A, dewormer withheld
