Medical Summary On hold as a potential cruelty (owner was arrested for animal cruelty)–follow up on potential DOH status, withheld rabies vaccine, withheld preventatives in case of forensics Microchip: negative Sex: intact male Age: appx 6y Mentation: BARH Eyes: slight opacity Ears: waxy but WNL Nose: no d/c, scars (look like old scratches) Teeth: mild to moderate staining If abnormal BCS: thin but WNL, not below 2.75 Skin: WNL Hair Coat: slightly dirty as if kept outdoors, dried blood on back of head near left ear (did not see underlying wound, did not shave in case of forensics) Declawed: N/A, broken nail on back right foot; docked tai Any injuries: no Behavior: very sweet and friendly but reactive to small animals (will lunge and growl) Medication: N/A, preventatives withheld
