Medical Summary Scan Negative BARH Behavior-Possibly Blind so go slow no to startle. cooperative on table friendly and social. Eyes- clearbut bision is qusetionable. not cloudy or murky. Ears- A little waxy but clear otherwise Nose=- clean and clear no discharge present during exam Teeth- tartar on molars, staining on all other teeth. Skin- tags present on top of head, sternum (left side of chest), and left hind leg inside part of the hock )black Nails- Front left leg 4th toe embedded in paw pad Left back leg 4th toe embedded in between paw pads Right back leg 4th toe embedded between paw pads Lymph nodes- popliteal lymph nodes were slightly enlarged. Rest of the PE as WNL
