There is a young beauty at the Manhattan Care Center. Tall, athletic looking, soul  deep eyed, dressed elegantly in silver, an amalgam of breeds  that made of her a masterpiece and a breath taking pup to look at. Sophia is only eight months of age and her large paws show us that she has still room to grow. She is at first a little shy when I leash her, lays low but as time goes by, she relaxes and even  attempts to play ball. Passer bys are looking when we are strolling around the block. She has the body of a runner and I so would love to see her darting through the yard after a ball or a toy like a Cheetah. Sophia is really majestic ! She has some interest in the pigeons and pulls a little toward other dogs. In the one playgroup she attended , Sophia was at first a little timid then joined the crowd in puppy fashion.  Sophia does not mind being tethered for the photo shoot although I bet she would rather do something else. After a few prompts, she sits and takes gently the treats that she initially refused.Sophia  is making rapidly progresses in the socialization department….and soon enough , she will be ready to jump into your life, by your side as your beloved fun, loving and playful forever best friend. Sophia is waiting for you at the Manhattan Care Center.
