Medical Summary Scanned positive with Chip# AVD 072603332 QARH – patient, tail wags, allows all handling S~ 10 years (confirmed probably by vet) Ears dirty – cleaned with Otic solution Eyes cloudy Nose, throat clear Teeth worn, moderate tarter. *Mass along right side of lower jaw – bleeds easily. Does not appear painful. Second mass on thorasic region. Additional firm mass (3″)on left flank, smaller masses on lower abdomen. Coat clean, mild dandruff – no flea dirt or parasites noted Nails long – several trimmed with Vet, but animal resists and unable to muzzle due to jaw mass.
