I do not know much about Sonny except that he was left for a month at a dog sitter by an owner who never returned….I met him only once and had quite a lot of fun with him. A strong dog he is, very house trained and an incredible ball player. After a short and uplifting walk and as soon as we entered a pen, Sonny spotted a tennis ball lodged behind the gate. The message was clear! I needed to provide him with his own stash of balls. Sonny is a big dog, 71 pounds of golden fluff flying through the yard , bumping at times clumsily and excitedly into the walls, giving head shots( I never saw that)and bringing relentlessly the ball on the bench for me to throw again… Wow! He seemed tired less. He enjoys laying next to me , chewing on a ball and accepting caresses . There will be more to say about Sonny. This was just a tiny appetizer….Stay tuned….He is quite a catch
