S: Calm, allows all handling and vaccination O: BAR-H, MMs pink and moist, CRT <2 sec EENT: Severe matting on face, below eyes, around ears. No discharge OU, AU, nose. Moderate tartar, gingivitis and gingival recession. PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. Thick and heavily matted fur coat. Long nails. Feces stuck in fur below anus. UG: Female A: 1. Severely matted 2. Dental disease Short-term prognosis: Excellent P: 1. Administered Activyl 4-14# and pyrantel 0.6 ml PO during exam 2. Long-term medical needs include dental cleaning with X-rays, and extractions as necessary 1088
