12/03/2016 PET PROFILE MEMO
12/03/16 15:48 Basic Information Sofia is an approximate 6 year old female Chihuahua mix. She was found as a stray three days ago wandering the streets of the South Bronx. Finder kept her for a few days but had to surrender because her parents did not allow the pet in their home. Finder stated she gave her two baths and Sofia tolerated these baths. She tolerated handling but if someone new came in the house she would bark and growl. She did not display any signs of aggression towards the finder. Sofia became close to finder and would growl when someone approached the finder. Behavior during Intake Sofia growled and barked at the scanner. When I picked her up she tolerated all handling from me. She did not display any other signs of aggression other than the growling at the scanner.
