12/10/2016 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: I don’t doubt that his name fits him, but Snuggle was more of a wiggler than cuddler when I first met him. In fact, I’d call him extremely high energy, hyper even, and when I attempted to photograph him he was in constant motion, ears and jowls flapping in the wind. He loves to sniff his surroundings, will chase after a ball, but consistently returns to check in with me, often jumping up for a “hug” and a chin scratch. In spite of his abundance of energy, he walks nicely on the leash, seems housetrained and is relatively easy to handle. In his former home he lived with children as young as 3 months old and loved to lay down with them and give them kisses. He has some command training and I’m sure his favorite is “go eat” and when he does, he’s hoping for a home cooked meal in his dish. While we didn’t exactly get cuddly during our time together, I can’t help but get the warm and fuzzies when I think of Snuggle. Ask to meet him today!
