Open sores on ventral caudal aspect, tail, and righ rear paw, cleaned with Novalsan. Per 1067 begin Benadryl 50 mg BID x 10 days, Cephalexin 500 mg BID x 10 days, Rimadyl 50 md BID x 10 days, and soak all 4 feet (if allows) zx 5 days, recheck Coat: NSF Applied 2 cc Activyl intrascapular Gave 4.4 cc Pyrantel PO
