Medical Summary microchip scan negative calm and friendly, allowed all handling intact male approximately 3 yrs old BARH large amount of dark debris AU, cleaned both ears and applied otibiotic no ocular or nasal discharge mild dental tartar 14.0lbs; BCS: 3/5 according to finder, snow was acting uncontrollable last night and in an effort to calm him down he was given a little bit of vodka and 2 tablets of Rite Aid Sleep Aid pills maximum strength(diphenhydramine HCL 50mg) heart rate: 116 bpm, arrythmia heard upon auscultation no nystagmus or neurological signs observed as per on call dr.1027, no need to transfer at this time and okay to vaccinate otibiotic AU BID x 10 days
