10/05/16 : cannot localize injury–stifle area seems painful LHL but no palpable fx, no swelling. Suspect distal femur or proximal tivial fx. CCL cannot be ruled out.
Large scab on left forehead area and smaller areas of muzzle c/w “road rash”. no need for antibiotics yet. allows all handling; placement with a rescue capable of ortho surgery ideal; good prognosis with treatment; needs rads to fully assess; pain control with rimadyl and buprenorphine

10/07/16 : S/O: timid, but allowed handing and petting, no aggression. told was eating canned cat food, offered more p ate. slightly depressed mentation. amb x4, with toe touching on L HL. ABN: SNP. UROGEN: no MGTs. SKIN: over L temporal area- dried large scab/necrotic skin, partially peeling off, no d/c or pur beneath. EENT: pink gums, moderate tartar; normal skin tent
A: HBC with L tibial luxation as per prev radiographs taken; L temporal wound
P: CWSC; strongly rec surgical consultation; prognosis: good with treatment; will contact NH
