ENERGY LEVEL: We have no history on Shadow so we cannot be certain of his behavior in a home environment. However, he is a young, enthusiastic, social dog who will need daily mental and physical activity to keep him engaged and exercised. We recommend long-lasting chews, food puzzles, and hide-and-seek games, in additional to physical exercise, to positively direct his energy and enthusiasm.
BEHAVIOR DETERMINATION: AVERAGE (suitable for an adopter with an average amount of dog experience)
Recommendations comments: We have no information on Shadow’s behavior in his previous home environment, and we are not conducting a formal behavior assessment in-shelter at this time. However, we have noted no behavior concerns in the care center thus far. Shadow has been social, affectionate, and attention-seeking with all people he has met.
