Estimated Age: 9 years. Subjective:Found as stray, 5 day letter to MC trace.
Eyes: Cloudy Ears:Dirty. Cleaned. Dried blood found in left ear. No yeasty smell or discharge. Dog whines, attempts to scratch at ears – muzzle needed. Oral Exam: halitosis, heavy tarter; redness along gums Heart: no murmur detected Lungs: wnl
Abdomen: soft. Musculoskeletal: leans slightly to left on hind legs when standing/sitting. Dislikes left hind leg being handled – mild arthritis in hips and legs?
Mentation: mildly depressed but appears normal. ***When taking blood for HWT, found small growth (3x5mm) on right front leg below elbow. Preliminary Assessment: Geriatric, possible ear infection, arthritis, mass. Plan: Needs DVM intake
