A voluneer writes: What’s not to love about Scruffy…. He is a lovely muppet, a bit scruffy and shaggy but his heart is gold and a happy go lucky kind of guy when he is with his person…He loves the lap and begs to hop on my knees. He bestows me with hundreds of little kisses. I love to pet his adorable fluffy mane hiding pretty chesnut eyes. Look at his cute mouth, his little tongue and mother of pearl teeth…. Scruffy trots nicely on the leash and does his business on the way. He nears other dogs without issues. He sits on command(quite good for a little dog).Scruffy is sociable, super friendly and very affectionate. He truly won my heart and i hope he will win yours after you spend some time with him…Scruffy is at the Manhattan Care Center(as his owners lost their home), dreaming to belong again and be your loving and loyal forever best friend.
