11/23/2016 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: I bet you thought a dog named Scruf McGruf was going to be a real handful, right? I certainly did when I leashed up this 10 month old big boy but…surprise! I couldn’t have been more wrong. This beautiful darling turned out to be the exact opposite, a smooth and surprisingly mature dude with the softest, sweetest nature this side of a marshmallow. Apart from a little lingering teenage gawkiness, he looks and acts like a Prince in waiting and is a breeze to walk, a joy to play with and happy to share in any kind of snuggles you care to give. Other dogs of every size are met with calm good manners and it’s hard to imagine a family that wouldn’t welcome such a well-behaved mush with open arms. I think Scruf is the kind of dog you could take to a party, the beach or even the vet without a worry, and he’s going to be a shining light in the life of the lucky adopter who brings him home. Give this young Prince the chance to grow up as the King of your heart, ask to meet the amazing Scruf McGruf today!
