A volunteer writes:
If you’re looking for an affectionate pet in a petite package, tiny but terrific Sassy is the real deal! She’s all sugar with just a dash of spice and so loving that even her initial medical examination noted that she is (and I quote) the ‘sweetest girl ever!!’ Arriving at the Care Center with some minor wounds after a scrap with her brother Ranger over food, Sassy quickly earned a place in all our hearts thanks to her wonderful manners, easy-going attitude and loving nature. She healed up quickly and waited out her hold while indulging in backyard cuddles and kisses with staff and then came my own snuggle session and stroll through the park with our resident brindle bombshell…boy, was she worth the wait! Sassy walks like a dream on leash, appears quite house trained, knows how to sit for treats and takes them eagerly but softly from my hand and she passes other pups with friendly curiosity and seemingly not a care in the world. Naturally, she aced her behavior assessment with great scores across the board, and aside from a recommendation that she be your one and only pet Princess, Sassy is ready to nuzzle her way into your dog-savvy family today!
